3. How would you describe your own experience with rest and exhaustion in today’s fast-paced world? Do you resonate with the idea of feeling constantly tired or worn out?

4. James emphasized the importance of stopping in the midst of life’s storms. How do you currently practice stopping or resting in your life? What challenges do you face in implementing this practice?

9. Sabbath is both a day and a way of being. How can we cultivate a spirit of restfulness throughout our lives, not just on a designated day?

10. Have you ever practiced Sabbath or intentionally set aside time for rest and reflection? If so, what was your experience like? If not, what barriers do you face in implementing this practice?

11. In what ways can adopting the practice of Sabbath impact our overall well-being and spiritual growth? How might it influence our relationships, work-life balance, and sense of identity? 12.
