Dr. Robin Arthur was a part of our Mother's Day Panel. She mentioned her online course, Post Pandemic Parenting. This course teaches you practical, easy-to-use techniques that will help your child rebound from stress and anxiety developed during the pandemic. The information taught is essential for parents with school-age children of all ages – lower grades to teens.
The three-hour course is broken into 20-minute chunks and is accessible for a year.

A Ray of Hope
A Ray of Hope Counseling Services is now meeting at the Bridgetown Church facilities on Thursdays, from 9 am until 5 pm to provide Faith Based Counseling services to individual adults, couples, and adolescents.
Most insurances are accepted.
