So here it is, folks. We are finally able to post the job description of the position that we will be adding to the leadership team soon! This was the result of hours of conversations and brainstorming with both staff and elders and we are excited about where we landed.

We, the elders, are also going to be hosting a Town Hall meeting after church next Sunday, November 19th to help answer any questions you may have. We will address some of the questions we have already received from partners, but also a few that we anticipate you might have in light of the job description. Once we have addressed some of the main questions we will open up the floor for a brief time of Q and A.
